Q. Can I pay by check or money order?
A. Yes. You are able to pay by check or money order by using our mail order form. Print the form, fill it out and mail it to us at Be Thoughtful Gifts, LLC, 11357 Nuckols Road, Suite 113, Glen Allen, VA 23059. Your order will be submitted once payment is received via mail.

Q. How can I check the status of my order?
A. If you have a question about the status of an existing order, simply log into your account for updated information. Our Customer Service Specialists are also available to answer your questions toll free at 1-800-403-9033 (see store hours).

 

Upon placing your order, you will be sent a confirmation number immediately after your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you a confirmation email providing tracking information once your order has shipped.

Q. Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
A. The tax rate you are charged is based on where your order is being shipped. We charge sales tax on orders shipping to locations in Virginia because we are located in Virginia. The sales tax rate for the State of Virginia is 5%. Orders that are being shipped to any destination other than Virginia are not taxed, even if the billing address is located in Virginia.

Q. Where is the three-digit security code on my credit card?
A. The Card Security Code (CSC) or Credit Card Verification (CCV) is a three- or four-digit number printed on the back of a credit card (typically in the signature field). The number appears only on the card itself (not on receipts or statements) so it can provide some indication that the physical card is in the possession of the buyer.

Q. What is the order cut off time?
A. Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST will be shipped the next business day.

Q. Is there a limit to how long my gift card message can be?
A. We ask that all messages are no more than 200 characters (not including the
To and From) to ensure that they fit neatly on our message cards.

Substitutions

Infrequently, substitutions may occur in order to ensure a timely delivery of your gift selection. Substitutions will be made with items of equal or greater value only. Your satisfaction is our primary goal.

alcoholic beverages.  In the State of Michigan, Lo Spuntino, Inc., provides alcoholic

All wine and other alcoholic beverage products listed on the Retail Partner website
are sold and delivered from AKA.  All terms and conditions of sale established by AKA

Food Allergy Notice
 
While Be Thoughtful Gifts, LLC, and its suppliers make every effort to ensure that only the ingredients shown are included in your gifts, it is very likely that your gift ingredients may have been processed using equipment that has traces of a variety of nut, fruit, grain or dairy products.  If the recipient or others that might consume the gifts are highly allergic to common food products, for their safety, we require that you order one of our non-food gifts.
