Q. What if my order arrives damaged?
A. At Be Thoughtful Gifts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, contact our Customer Service Specialists at 1-800-403-9033 and report it immediately. We’ll take the time to ensure your satisfaction.

Q. I want to change or cancel my order; is that possible?
A. If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes for cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out for delivery or prepared for shipment. Twenty-four hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation.
